Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the signing of the acceptance certificates. Other payment options are being considered, the assessment of which will be given in conjunction with other conditions for the performance of work (total cost, timing, etc.).
The date of payment under the agreement is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account.
Weighing of waste is carried out on the Customer's scales.
Delivery terms:
Collection, transportation and placement of waste of IV-V hazard classes at a licensed and included in the GRORO landfill in an amount not exceeding 9121.366 tons / year according to the schedule of waste removal agreed by the parties. The average monthly volume of waste generation at the enterprise is 300-400 tons per month. Daily removal by transport with a carrying capacity of up to 5 tons and 2-3 vehicles per day with a carrying capacity of up to 15 tons (up to 4 trips per day).

The list of waste requiring disposal at the landfill is presented in Appendix 2 to the terms of reference.
Weighing of waste is carried out on the Customer's scales.
An invoice and a certificate of completion at the end of the billing period (each calendar month), no later than the 2nd day of the month preceding the billing period.
The act of completed work is accompanied by a specification of the transferred waste by name, indicating the volume (mass) of waste disposed of at the landfill.

Comments: The contractor is obliged to provide the service on its own. Involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By sending an offer (offer), the Contractor guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of confidence to be convinced of the good faith of the Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Contractor's independent performance of the provision of services, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on Organizer, and Organizer reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
