Payment terms:
The contractor issues an invoice, draws up an act of completed work at the end of the billing period (each calendar month), no later than the 2nd day of the month preceding the billing period.
Payment is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the signing of the acceptance certificates. Other payment options are being considered, the assessment of which will be given in conjunction with other conditions for the performance of work (total cost, timing, etc.).
The date of payment under the agreement is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account.
Weighing of waste is carried out on the Customer's scales.
Delivery terms:
Collection, transportation and placement of non-communal waste of IV-V hazard classes in an amount not exceeding 4500 t / year according to the schedule of waste removal agreed by the parties. The average monthly volume of waste generation at the enterprise is 300-400 tons per month. Daily export, approximately up to 3-5 flights per day.

1. . In connection with the threat of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-2019) in the Novosibirsk region, in order to protect the population and the territory of the Novosibirsk region from the threat of an emergency, to prevent the threat of socially dangerous consequences, in accordance with Article 4.1 of Federal Law No. 68 of December 21, 1994 -FZ "On the protection of the population and territories from natural and man-made emergencies", the Law of the Novosibirsk region dated 13.12.2006 No. 63-OZ "On the protection of the population and the territory of the Novosibirsk region from intermunicipal and regional emergencies", by the decree of the Government of the Novosibirsk region from 03/18/2020 No. 72-p "On the introduction of high alert on the territory of the Novosibirsk region" Contractor's employees are allowed to the territory of the Customer's facility only if they use hand protection (mittens, gloves) and respiratory protection (respirators, masks).
For each fact of detecting a violation by the Contractor of the provisions specified in clause 1, the Contractor may be charged a fine of 50,000 rubles. Payment of penalties is carried out by deduction from the due remuneration unilaterally, the consent of the Contractor is not required.
2. The Contractor's employees who arrived from other regions or left the territory of the Novosibirsk region are required to provide a negative test result for the determination of PHK (PCR) for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, the causative agent of severe acute respiratory syndrome (COVID-19). The validity of the test results should be no more than fourteen calendar days from the date of collection.

In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of confidence to be convinced of the good faith of the Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Contractor's independent performance of the provision of services, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with the attachment of copies of employment contracts of persons, involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
