Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the signing of the acceptance certificates. Other payment options are being considered, the assessment of which will be given in conjunction with other conditions for the performance of work (total cost, timing, etc.).
The date of payment under the agreement is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account.
Weighing of waste is carried out on the Customer's scales.
The results of the work are documented in an act of acceptance and transfer, an act of work performed indicating the name of the work, the name and amount of the transferred waste. An invoice is issued for payment by the Customer.
Delivery terms:
Collection, processing, transportation and disposal of waste of II-IV hazard classes in accordance with the production and consumption waste generation standard. The average volume of waste generation at the enterprise is 200 tons per year. The Contractor, at the request of the Customer, provides services for the collection, transportation and disposal of waste of II-IV hazard classes.
Availability of a license to carry out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, utilization, disposal, disposal of wastes of I-IV hazard classes.

If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
