5. The package of documents, according to the attached list
6. Attach signed applications Tax disclaimer and consent to the disclosure. These applications are required to contract. Template agreement of your form, but with our adjustments!
7. Licenses
ATTENTION: The absence of any document means the automatic exclusion of your offer from the list under consideration as a result of trading. Rebidding will not. Dozapros (if necessary) is sent once, if you do not provide the required documents within the specified period - the tender is not allowed
