6. Attach signed applications Tax Disclaimer and Consent to disclosure. These applications are binding on the contract. The contract template of your form, BUT with our adjustments!

ATTENTION: The absence of any document means the automatic exclusion of your offer from the list considered by the results of bidding. There will be no rebidding. An interrogation (if necessary) is sent once, if in the specified period you do not provide the necessary documents - you are not allowed to tender
