The cost of the materials and equipment used, including transportation costs and warehousing costs, is confirmed by payment documents when the work is completed. The cost of materials and equipment is compensated to the Contractor for the actual selling cost of purchase, based on transportation and storage costs based on accounting, warehouse and production accounting, taking into account optimal delivery patterns, but not more than the amount of funds provided for by the estimated documentation and the price of the Treaty.
- Contractor's cost associated with paying VAT to material suppliers and other organizations (VAT compensation) is confirmed by payment documents upon receipt work done.
