Payment terms:
Payment terms: 100% prepayment before the 25th of the month preceding the month of rent. All current and planned (depot, capital) repairs, including replacement of all necessary spare parts at the expense of the tenant.

In the event that the organizer accepts this announcement of the sale of the decision to sign the lease agreement, the cars are transferred to the tenant for temporary use in the form and condition in which they are at the time of signing the relevant agreement by the parties. The participant of this announcement of the sale, at the request of the organizer, must provide the following documents within 1 (one) working day from the date of the corresponding request:
1. Constituent documents of the company
2. balance sheet for the last reporting period (2018) with a note of acceptance by the tax authority
3. Copies of contracts with Russian Railways for the provision of traffic management services (including opening a personal account, working in the ETRAN system, and others)
4. Copies of contracts with authorized enterprises of JSC "Russian Railways" to organize current, planned (depot, capital) repairs.
5. Other documents at the request of the organizer relating to the nature of the announcement of the sale
Requirements for the participant:
1. Registration of the participant in the territory of the Russian Federation.
2. Conducting activities of a participant in the territory of the Russian Federation related to the rental of rolling stock (as a tenant) for the last 5 (five) calendar years; the absence of legal proceedings related to the subject of the lease for the specified period.
3. The presence of a positive business reputation of the participant (thanks, letters, etc.)
