1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade - procurement System "B2B Cordiant" on the site: http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru, in accordance with established procedure, have all rights of the System Participant. 2) All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the value of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for receipt of applications without imposing liabilities. 4) If the supplier is involved in the bidding, he agrees in case of declaring him the winner to conclude a contract for the supply in the standard form of AO "Cordiant" without protocol of disagreements and to supply goods under the conditions specified in the announcement of purchase. 5) Commercial proposal, stating: delivery time, payment terms, warranty period and manufacturer shall be attached. 6) Products shall be made according to customer drawings.
