Delivery terms:The delivery of the Products is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Supplier to the consignee's warehouse located at the address: Volgodonsk, st. 9th Factory 11. Product prices include packaging and shipping costs.

Comments:
1. Delivery time: according to point 1 of the Specification.
The Buyer has the right to postpone the shipment date of each batch, having previously sent the Supplier a notification at least 10 calendar days before the delivery date.
2. Before choosing a supplier, an audit of the technical feasibility of manufacturing products in accordance with the TOR will be conducted.
3. It is obligatory to provide a presentation of production with the characteristics of the equipment, confirmation of the production capacity necessary and sufficient for the manufacture of the required products, a reference list for the manufacture of similar products.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
