Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Payment terms:Оплата по Договору производится в ближайший платежный день после истечения 10 календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами оригинала Товарной накладной, в рублях, на день заказа.
Платежными днями являются 15 число, и предпоследний рабочий день каждого календарного месяца.
Delivery terms:Доставка товара производится за счет Поставщика по адресу склада, указанному Заказчиком.

Comments:
1. Поставщик обязуется разработать, изготовить и доставить за свой счет опытный образец сейфа. Точное время и место согласовывается Сторонами дополнительно.
2. Поставка опытного образца осуществляется после приема финансовых предложений участников.
3. Заказчик оставляет за собой право после тестирования опытного образца передать его на доработку участнику для устранения замечаний заказчика, выявленных при приемке. Поставщик обязуется выполнить доработки за свой счет, в течение 10 дней от получения замечаний Заказчика.
