Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the Goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of the Goods by the Consignee
Delivery terms:Requirements for Contest Entrants:
1) prices are based on DDP terms (delivery to consignee's warehouse is included in the price)
2) the product must be of original factory design, with the manufacturer's certificates of quality and origin. It is necessary to specify the manufacturer for each TMC item.
3) need to attach:
- a formal offer indicating the contacts of the responsible manager, as well as a full description and characteristics of the offered TMC. Proposals without a formal CP will not be considered. Offer expires at least 30 calendar days
- dealer certificate
- referent list
- financial statements for the most recent period
- enterprise card with details
4) the supplier should be able to exchange documents through the Contour.Diadoc system;
5) requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer.
6) The packaging shall ensure the safety of the goods from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage, and each place shall be marked with a label according to the form of the Buyer;

This request for proposals does not constitute a bid or public tender under the understanding of Art. 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the time of signing the contract with the winner are considered pre-contract work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
