Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.
Comments: Product certification. The use of wall panels is subject to compliance with the requirements of GOST32603-2021 for Class 1 panels, including the thickness of steel sheets should be at least 0.5 mm with a polymer coating, the width of the locks at least 14mm, a thermal insulation layer of mineral wool slabs based on basalt fiber of the required density.
