Special requirements for the quality of the product are of original factory design, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer. It is necessary to specify the manufacturer for each TMC item. Affirm the manufacturer's affiliation with dealer certificates.

The Supplier shall provide the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of shipment of the goods the original invoice, two original Barg-12 invoices and a copy of the receipt for shipment on the goods shipped. The invoices must be issued in accordance with Article 169, paragraphs 5 and 6, of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in accordance with Government Decree No. 914 dated December 2, 2000. If the item is priced in a foreign currency, the amounts on the invoice must be expressed in the same foreign currency.

Certificate of conformity, quality certificate - required

Security Passport - Required.

Special packing and transportation requirements - The packaging must protect the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage.

The need for cargo insurance is not.

Contract form requirements are based on the buyer's form.

Prices are not subject to change and are valid for the duration of the contract.

The price includes VAT (20%), the cost of transport is included in the price of the goods, the package price is included in the price of the goods.

This request for proposals does not constitute a bid or public tender under the understanding of Art. 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the time of signing the contract with the winner are considered pre-contract work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
