Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
This procedure is carried out by the Organizer in the interests of the subsidiary company LLC "Domkor Story". The winner of the tender procedure is determined, subject to the consent of the signing of the standard contract without disagreement, by the following criteria:
1. The minimum price;
2. Optimal delivery time;
3. Quality of products;
4. Supplier reliability;

1. Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all requirements specified in the request for an assortment of goods, as well as unconditional acceptance of the terms of the contract and the specification.
2. The cost of production must be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
3. Simultaneously with the delivery of products, a certificate of quality (conformity) is provided.

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.

This price request is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
