We hereby invite your company to participate in the competition for the supply of equipment to METALLOINVEST Group companies. Only those participants who have been accredited as a potential supplier to METALLOINVEST companies will be considered.

When submitting proposals, please follow the following rules:
1. The proposal made at the ETP must be duplicated by attesting a scan of the relevant TAP in the competition documents.
The TAP should contain the following information:
I. Commercial part:
• DDP/DAP equipment price at consignee's destination station/warehouse in Mt. Gubkin, Belgorod region;
• Equipment delivery time
• Payment terms
• The TAP expires (at least 2 months).
II. Technical part:
• Composition and completeness of the main equipment;
• ZIP composition for starting the equipment (if required);
• The composition of the SPM required to operate the equipment during the warranty period (if required);
• Mechanical warranty for the equipment from the moment the equipment enters industrial service;
• References for the supply of proposed or similar equipment over the past 10 years.
III. A completed table on the compliance of the proposed equipment with the Appendix 2 Form Word Qualification.

The fact of completing the questionnaire should be reflected when submitting an offer in the relevant section set by the Promoter. If your organization has previously completed this questionnaire, you do not need to fill it out again.
3. We also inform that the selection of the winner according to the results of the competition is based on the following criteria:
- a positive technical opinion of the customer based on the review of the applicant's technical proposal;
- the cost of equipment
- equipment delivery time
- warranty obligations provided;
- Timeliness of delivery of TMC to METALLOINVEST companies in past periods (for previous contractual suppliers)
