Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Technical specification of the Customer:
1. It is required to obtain an AOC in accordance with the requirements of the NSPK "MIR" according to the L2 level for TSP (https://www.nspk.ru/cards-mir/security/security-program /), within the framework of electronic acquiring, where payments are made by bank cards for applications and services.
2. Trade acquiring beyond TK
3. Electronic acquiring is available in 2 mobile applications (android/iOS) and on 2 web portals.
4. ASV scanning is not required

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
