Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear participants!

PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO REQUIREMENTS:

1) commercial proposals are considered, the cost of which is fixed in RUBLES;

2) the price should include delivery to the Krasnodar RC;

3) attach to the application for participation the completed table TX "Option KA Server Model Name of the Server" specified in the Configuration Template (in the attachment), indicating the full name of the model numbers. (IMPORTANT! Without TTX proposal is not considered);

5) the willingness of the spacecraft to provide the proposed equipment within one week for a test (if not previously provided);

6) AC consent for signing the standard form of the contract (in the attachment) and for working through EDI (instructions are attached);

7) IMPORTANT! Equipment that has successfully passed testing on the territory of the customer and was provided in a timely manner for the test (within a week) is allowed to purchase;

8) one-time delivery.

You can repeatedly improve your proposals until the end of filing.

Participation is free of charge.
No E-signature is required.

Only ONE LEGAL ENTITY can participate in the tender procedure from a group of AFFILIATED (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.
