Please note-supply contract in the form of Kordiant JSC.
1) The participant must be a user registered with the Chamber of Commerce-procurement B2b system-Kordiant "on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and with rights Party System.
2) All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all of the discounts offered by the provider.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to abandon the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline without imposition of liability.
4) If the provider accepts the bid, it agrees in case of declaring the winner to conclude a contract on the delivery form of JSC «Kordiant» without disagreements and to deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase.
5) Be sure to make an offer indicating the terms of delivery.
7) winner selection is made on the basis of minimum-price and time of delivery, the purchase of one lot (according to procurement documentation-"technical specifications").
8) If, for any reason, refuse delivery on the proposed price for the competition, the buyer has the right to order from the vendor that provided the second contest on the cheapness of the proposal.
