Required conditions
1. It is possible to submit alternative proposals for several models of analogues that meet the requirements of the TOR
2. Payment terms - obligatory deferment of 60 cal.days from the date of delivery/provision of the service
3. Price fixing without reference to the purchase volume
4. The ability to change the volume by plus/minus 30% according to the terms of the specification
5. Attach to the application for participation a completed TX questionnaire (the template is attached to the archive with the TOR), indicating the full name of the model articles. In addition, separate files to attach the specifications from the vendor (IMPORTANT! without TTX the proposal is not considered)
6. CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (enclosed) and to work through EDM (instructions are attached)
