1. Please ask all questions about the procedure by using the ETP functional (clarification requests).
2. To the offers in electronic form to participants of the given procedure it is necessary before opening of envelopes to attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with submission of the offer and file in the form of scanned copy of its commercial The proposal signed by the authorized person and stamped by the organization-participant of this procedure. The organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of the participant in case of failure or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
