Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

- Delivery of original equipment with manufacturer's warranty.
- Proposals are considered only if there is an enclosed KP. Proposals without the attached KP will not be considered on the organization's letterhead.

The quotation must contain:
- Total cost;
- Delivery time;
- Warranty conditions.
- Delivery to the warehouse in Moscow.
- All prices and amounts in the offer must be final and contain all taxes.
