Delivery terms:
the period of execution of the application for preventive maintenance service is 24 working hours from the moment of placing the application in the automated service HelpDesk customer.
The period of restoration of the equipment's full operability is within 2 (two) working days from the moment of the customer's request, transferred to the executor in Help Desk. In case of impossibility of restoration of full operability of the equipment in the above term, executor undertakes at the request of the customer to provide a swing device of format А4/A3 of similar model for the period of repair works, on Free of charge. Delivery and pick-up of swing equipment is carried out by forces and at the expense of executor.
