The Vladivostok branch of TD Polymetal LLC invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for choosing a contractor for servicing and repairing a 100 kW wind turbine at the Unchi entrance base for Svetloye LLC (Khabarovsk Territory, Okhotsk District).
1. Detailed requirements for this project are reflected in the procurement documentation:
- offer card for filling;
- terms of reference with applications;
- list of requirements for the composition of the commercial proposal.
2. To participate in this procurement procedure, all tabs of the "Card-offer" form must be filled out.
3. Proposals submitted without documentation specified in the list of requirements for the composition of the commercial proposal are not accepted for consideration.
4. Criteria for choosing the best offer:
- availability of the necessary documents in accordance with the TOR and requirements of the procurement documentation;
- terms and cost of providing services;
- terms of payment;
- experience in providing similar services;
- quality of filling in procurement documentation.
5. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender, a public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. Art. 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
6. The draft agreement is not a public offer, but its terms will be binding on the winner.
