Payment terms:	The Customer pays the cost of services according to the relevant application on the basis of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services signed by authorized representatives of the Parties
Delivery terms:	The contractor provides, at its own expense, the delivery of consumables, spare parts and parts necessary for the maintenance of equipment. The contractor ensures the quality and parameters of the purchased spare parts, consumables and technical fluids for equipment maintenance in accordance with the requirements of GOST and the equipment manufacturer. The contractor is obliged to provide its employees with measuring, locksmith, specialized tools necessary for maintenance and repair of equipment, a service vehicle for moving around the territory, provide electronic and computer systems necessary for diagnostics and equipment configuration.
