This bidding procedure is not a tender procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the request for price procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Suppliers!

1. MANDATORY ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT IN THE EDITOR OF THE CUSTOMER. 2. MAINTENANCE SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT WITH THE DELIVERY AND REPLACEMENT OF CONSUMPTION SPARE PARTS (Appendix No. 1 "" The list of spare parts "")
3. WORKS MUST BE PERFORMED BY OWN FORCES WITHOUT ATTRACTING SUB-CONTRACTUAL ORGANIZATIONS. 4. THE APPLICANT COMPLETES ANNEX No. 1, No. 2 AND AGREES WITH THE CUSTOMER CALCULATION OF COST OF COST OF 1 NORMAL HOUR OF SERVICES. CONTRACTOR PROVIDES WORK TIME RATES. 5. THE CONTRACTOR AGREES WITH THE CUSTOMER THE COST OF SPARE PARTS. 6. THE COST OF SERVICES INCLUDES THE TRANSPORT COSTS OF THE EXECUTOR FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF WORKS. "
