- Commercial proposal with calculation of the cost of performance of works;

2. Criteria for selecting the best offer: Availability of necessary documents for conducting activities, quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, work experience.
3. This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest and its carrying out is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
4. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
5. The attached contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the contract will be binding for the winner of the bidding.
