Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade and Procurement system "B2B–Cordiant" on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a Participant in the System.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without imposing liability.
4) If the supplier takes part in the auction, it means that he agrees, in case he is declared the winner, to conclude a supply contract according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and to deliver on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer indicating: delivery dates, payment terms, warranty period and manufacturer.
6) If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the goods offered for delivery, and also is not an official representative of the manufacturer of this product, the supplier's offer is considered only if the supplier agrees to include penalties in the delivery contract in the amount of 100% of the amount of the delivered goods in the case of delivery of non-original goods (goods of another manufacturer).
