Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring money to the Supplier's checking account, no later than 30 days from the time the TMC is delivered to the Buyer's warehouse. Other payment options are NOT considered.
Delivery terms:The supply of tangible goods will occur on a one-off. Shipping cost to buyer's property in g. Saratov is included in the price of products. Delivery time not more than 15 calendar days
Georeferencing:Saratov region, g. Saratov, st. Bryanskaya, d. 1
Comments:
When the vehicles enter the Saratov refinery, the Supplier is required to ensure the availability of:
1. CO and PPE
2. Fire extinguisher
3. First Aid Kit
4. Anti-recoillers
5. Sparker

SHIPPING AT THE SUPPLIER'S EXPENSE!!!!!
Bidding is conducted to determine the Supplier with a minimum price that includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse in g. Saratov. SHIPPING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT PRICE!!!. Proposals for Used Metal Rolled are NOT CONSIDERED! ONLY RUSSIAN MADE!
The bidder reserves the right not to consider offers with conditions not in accordance with the terms of the procurement procedure.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure through the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents, according to the list, before the envelopes are opened, at the same time as the offer is submitted and a file as a scanned copy of his business offer, signed by the authorized person and certified with the seal of the party organization. If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's offer.
3. The product supplier must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer or the distributor (the supporting documents the member provides at the same time as by commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. BE SURE to provide quality certificates and passports, technical documentation.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notification of the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
