Payment terms:The purchase price should be indicated net net without VAT (excluding bonus and deferred payment).
The net net purchase price excluding VAT is calculated using the formula:
net net price (excluding VAT) = Purchase price (excluding VAT) x (1-% of the main bonus scale)
Bonus% -% of the first scale of the main bonus.
The calculation will take into account a deferred payment, the requirement for a deferral is indicated in the TOR
The deferral accounting factor is calculated using the formula: 1 - 12% / 365x deferred payment
When evaluating proposals, all lots are taken into account in total.
