Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment shall be made by the Buyer provided that the Supplier has submitted a duly executed invoice to the Buyer. The buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of delivery of the Goods (execution of works, provision of services) and signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance (Services Act) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
The participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, is obliged within 5 (five) days from the date of the completion of the request for proposals to open a settlement account in JSCB Lanta-Bank (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the contract in respect of which the request for proposals was concluded
Delivery terms:
The supply shall be carried out on DDP terms, by and at the expense of the Supplier. Products must be new, not used. Packing of the Goods must ensure complete safety of the Goods during transportation by all modes of transport, including transshipment.
