1. All questions regarding the procedure, please ask using functional ETP (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure until the opening attach Form applicant and documents according to the questionnaire at the same time with the feed supply and file as a scanned copy of your commercial the proposal, signed by an authorized person and stamped by the participating organization in this procedure. Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

OOO "GSE SNJeMA" reserves the right not to inform the participants about the results of the procedure except for the winner, cancel the procedure or its results, as well as the deletion of any party to the proceedings, without explanation. Filing of technical and commercial proposals implies acceptance of the terms of the procedure.
