Payment terms:the cost of services should be specified taking into account the delivery of employees to the facility, accommodation, food, as well as include the cost of PSAs necessary for the implementation of CMM and NDP. Payment for the executed works is made by the customer on the basis of actually executed works within 30 banking days.
Delivery terms:Scope of work according to the attached project documents. (appendix № 1). Conditions of performance of works-technology of performance of works (use of certain technologies, observance of standards, presence of permitting documents for designing, designing, manufacturing), based on requirements Legislation and/or administrative documents.

- Experience of works at Rosneft facilities-trained personnel (with corresponding certificates) according to Rosneft requirements;
- permitting documents and certificates.
Be sure to attach certified scans of the following documents:
1. Accounting reporting (Form № 1 and Form № 2) for the last reporting year with a mark of acceptance by the tax authority;
2. Income tax returns for the last reporting period and for the year prior to the current one, with a mark of acceptance by the tax authority;
3. VAT declarations for the two previous reporting quarters with a note of acceptance by the tax authority;
4. Information on average number of employees for the last reporting year (form for CPV 1110018);
5. Declaration on property tax for the last reporting year with the mark of the tax authority on acceptance;
6. Certificate from the Federal Tax Service, confirming the absence of an unpaid duty to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, fines and other mandatory payments payable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees, Date not earlier than 1 day of the month preceding the date of conclusion of the contract (code for CPV 1120101)
Without submitting the above documents the submitted proposal for consideration is not allowed!
