Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

3. Commercial offer, which must be drawn up on an official letterhead with a seal and signature of the manager, where it should be indicated - the cost of goods and materials, including VAT, taking into account delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
4. Dealer powers.
5. Quality certificates, quality certificates for a batch or sample.
6. Reference list for completed deliveries of similar products (with contact details),
7. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date (F 01 and F02).
8. Technical documentation indicating the name, main technical characteristics, complete set, scope of guarantees and warranty period.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
