Требования к товару:
1) В случае не заполнения и/или частичного заполнения любых граф приложенных форм документов ТД Полиметалл оставляет за собой право отклонить предложение без комментариев;
2) Продукция должна быть новой, не бывшей в употреблении;
3) К продукции должны быть приложены сертификаты качества;
4) Критерии выбора наилучшего предложения: качество, срок поставки, стоимость,условия оплаты, опыт работы;
5) Данная процедура запроса предложения не является конкурсом и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 ч.1 ГК РФ;
6) Данная процедура также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 ч.2 ГК РФ;
Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложения не накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств
