Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.
Comments: Lot to purchase! Fill in the commercial offer file according to the KP form from the documents. I ask new contractors to familiarize themselves with the list of requested documents:
a) A list of major clients, implementations, completed projects, names of equipment supplied.
b) Information on the mechanical equipment of the applicant; information on the availability of qualified personnel on the subject of the tender (for construction and installation and design and survey work).
c) The Charter of the company (for the winner of the tender), if available (not requested from the sole proprietor).
d)Copies of certified financial statements (if the company prepares financial statements) for the last reporting period e) Certified tax returns (for VAT, income tax, USN) for the last 2 reporting periods at the time of reporting.
e) Certificate of tax registration.
f) Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) or EGRIP (for individual entrepreneurs).

In case of absence of all mandatory information in the commercial offer or violation of the order of items in the list, the commercial offer will not be considered and accepted for bidding.
This request for proposals procedure is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer. When bidding via an electronic trading platform, offers are not accepted by other means.
