Comments: The commercial offer must specify:
- The price of one unit with VAT and delivery;

- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) if the commercial offer provides for partial or full prepayment.

1. This competitive procedure for selecting a Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the lot at its discretion and without explanation among several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. The model contract is sent for signature to the Winner(s) determined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is held by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the electronic trading platform B2B-center.
4. The Organizer sends a template of a model contract to interested potential suppliers upon additional request
5. The participant of this procedure sends a Commercial offer on the official letterhead of the organization.
6. An organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notification, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, does not comply with the requirements of this competitive procedure. |
