Comments:
1) Request for proposals with VAT!!!
2) The amount of the current requirement is indicated in the tender. When specifying the price, it should be borne in mind that the tender is held for the period January - April 2022 and during this period additional orders of tires of the specified sizes are possible (+15% from the specified in tender of the current volume)
3) The price is fixed for the period January-April 2022. Price changes are not allowed. Shipping to the buyer must be included in the price of the goods.
4) Delivery during the period January-April 2022 should be carried out to ANY point in the specified areas. The addresses for the current volume are indicated in the attached documentation.
5) The delivery time is UP TO 14 calendar days from the date of submission of the application.
6) Agreement in the form of the procedure organizer. Disagreement protocols and additional agreements that correct the terms of the contract are not accepted.
7) The procedure organizer has the right to conclude an agreement with any legal entity on the part of the buyer. The details of the companies participating in this tender are attached to the tender documentation.
8) Proposals by mail will not be accepted.
9) MANDATORY in the "Description of analogue" field should contain a description of the offered goods in accordance with the requirements specified in the tender documentation!
10) The following documents MUST be uploaded to the supplier's application:
- Completed file "KP with delivery dates"
- Signed contract forms, and additional agreements. (for suppliers who do not have contracts with legal entities)
11) Your participation in the tender confirms your agreement with all the conditions listed above.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
