Comments:
1) Request for suggestions with VAT!!!
2) The current requirement is listed in the tender. When specifying the price, it is necessary to consider that the tender is being held for the period September - December 2021 and additional tyres orders of the specified sizes (+15% of those specified in current volume tender)
3) The price is fixed for the period September - December 2021 for the volume specified in item 2. Price changes are not allowed. Shipping to the buyer must be included in the price of the item.
4) Delivery during the period September-December2021 must be delivered to ANYWHERE in these areas. The current volume addresses are listed in the attached documentation.
5) Delivery time is up to 14 calendar days from the date of application.
6) Contract on the form of the procedure organizer. There are no protocols of disagreement and agreement adjustment to the terms of the contract.
7) The procedure organizer is entitled to enter into a contract with any legal entity on the part of the buyer. The details of the companies involved in this tender are attached to the tender documentation.
8) Mail offers are not accepted.
9) The Analog Description field must be a description of the proposed item in accordance with the requirements specified in the tender documentation!
10) The following documents are required to be loaded to the vendor application:
- Filled file "KP with delivery time"
- Signed forms of contract, and an add-in agreement. (for non-contract providers)
11) Your participation in the tender confirms your consent to all the terms listed above.
