Comments:
1) Request for proposals without VAT.
2) The volume is indicated for reference. The volume is not fixed.
3) The price of the product is fixed for the period January-March 2021. Price changes are not allowed. Delivery to the buyer must be included in the price of the goods.
4) Delivery according to current applications during the 1st quarter of 2021 to ANY of the specified addresses or ANY point of the specified areas.
5) Delivery time is up to 14 calendar days from the date of application.
6) Agreement in the form of the organizer of the procedure.
7) The organizer of the procedure has the right to conclude an agreement with any legal entity on the part of the buyer.
8) If you submit an offer, it means that you are familiar with all the conditions of the tender and are ready to sign the set of attached contract documents without changes (protocols of disagreements and any additional conditions from the supplier) within 14 calendar days from the date of summing up the procedure.
9) Offers by mail will not be accepted.
10) MANDATORY in the field "Description of the analogue" there must be a description of the offered goods in accordance with the requirements specified in the tender documentation!

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
