Comments:
1. The price of the cabinet must be specified excluding delivery. Please specify the cost of delivery by the supplier's transport to the buyer's warehouse separately in the line "Cost of delivery of a unit of goods". If delivery is not possible, you must specify pickup in the delivery condition line
The choice will be made at the lowest price, taking into account the cost of delivery (the choice of the delivery method "pickup" or "supplier's transport" will be determined based on economic feasibility).
2. To calculate the cost of delivery on the terms of pickup, please fill out the table "Form for calculating pickup" (cells for filling are highlighted in yellow).
3. The standard form of the delivery contract is attached.
4. Bidder suppliers must provide documents in accordance with the "Request for Documents" appendix, as well as the counterparty's questionnaire. All documents must be signed by the head of the enterprise or his authorized representative. If the documents are signed by an authorized person, please provide a copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign these documents.
5. Please attach a detailed description of the proposed cabinet, indicating the exact name and photo.
6. Upload the price to the site with an indication of the maximum possible price fixing period, additional volume of cabinets can be shipped during the price period (the approximate volume is indicated)
7. The cabinet is shipped assembled or assembled by the supplier on the customer's territory.
8. Shipment to Nizhny Novgorod - 523 pcs.
