Comments:
1. The price of the cabinet must be specified without taking into account delivery. If it is possible to transport the supplier to the buyer's warehouse, please indicate the delivery cost separately in the line "Cost of delivery per unit of goods". If delivery is not possible, please indicate 0 (zero) in the line "Cost per unit of goods"
2. To calculate the cost of delivery on a pick-up basis, please fill out the table "Form for calculating pick-up" (cells for filling out are highlighted in yellow).
3. The standard form of the supply contract is attached.
4. Participating suppliers need to provide documents according to the application "Request for documents", as well as the counterparty form. All documents must be signed by the head of the enterprise or his authorized representative. In the case of signing documents by an authorized person, I ask you to provide a copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign these documents.
5. Please attach a detailed description of the proposed cabinets and photos
