2. The products must be accompanied by: a customs declaration on the import of goods into the Russian Federation, certificates of conformity, passport, a document confirming the quality
3. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 5. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
