Payment terms:The price is indicated for one unit of production excluding VAT, taking into account all transport costs for delivery to the Buyer's warehouse!
Payment is made within 60 days from the date of delivery of the products to the Buyer's warehouse!

Comments:
1. Unconditional consent to the conclusion of the contract in the standard edition of PSC Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant (see attachment). Be sure to attach the letter of consent to conclude the contract in the standard version of PJSC ChMK (in the form of "Appendix No. 4")
2. Products must fully comply with the requirements specified in the technical specifications and drawings (SEE THE INVESTMENT).
3. Mandatory attachment to the system of documents specified in the procurement documentation. TCH validity period - at least 90 DAYS.
4. Year of release - 2020

7. Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Section I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
