Bidders who have not attached a Commercial Proposal are not accepted for consideration.

1. Commercial proposals drawn up on the letterhead of the organization, signed and sealed, are accepted for consideration.
Commercial Proposals can be uploaded to the contest in two formats: 1. PDF with the seal and contacts of the contractor. 2. Excel or Word. It is mandatory to fill out the application form to the Technical and Commercial Proposal (see bid documentation)


2. Required payment terms: 100% upon delivery to the supplier's warehouse within 60 calendar days.
Proposals with a delay of less than 60 calendar days are not subject to consideration.

3. A prerequisite for all Bidders is to agree with our corporate requirements in the form of a contract, especially payment terms, penalties.
NEW SUPPLIERS should attach a letter of agreement with our corporate requirements in the form of an agreement.

4. Attach: confirmation of the Bidder that he is a manufacturer or official dealer, certificate of conformity, quality certificate, reference list of similar deliveries for 5 years.

5. Priority for transportation and logistics through the commercial port of Nakhodka, data are attached for interaction with the logistics company. The Bidder company has the right to independently choose logistics companies for prompt delivery to Pavlik JSC.

6. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is 45 calendar days.

This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
