4) Your company's relation to the supplied products (manufacturer, dealer, manufacturer's representative, etc.) – supporting documents shall be attached.
5) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "The products to be sent to the regions of the Extreme North and equivalent areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96" Cargo Marking".
6) Contract award criteria: quality, delivery time, price, terms of payment, previous experience with similar orders;
