Comments:
In the technical proposal, specify the full list of equipment, brands, manufacturers, quantity.
In the commercial offer, specify the following:
- the cost of the equipment, taking into account delivery to the Buyer's warehouse at the address of the Russian Federation, Tula region, Uzlovsky district, Uzlovaya, the territory of the Uzlovaya SEZ (landmark Central, 5);
- delivery time of the equipment to the Buyer's warehouse;
- warranty period
- terms of payment (if you advance 50% of the amount of more than 1,500,000.00 rubles without VAT, the cost of securing the advance payment is a bank guarantee, must be included in the cost of equipment).
To participate in the competitive procedure, you must provide the following set of documents:
- current details of the company
- INN, OGRN
- The Charter in the current version
- The order, the decision on the signatory
- signed AGREEMENT ON CONFIDENTIALITY AND NEGOTIATION PROCEDURE
- protocol of disagreements to the delivery contract (EVRAZ form)
- reference list for similar deliveries over the past 3 years
