Comments:
1. More detailed information is stated in the technical assignment.

2. Suggestions will not be accepted without uploaded documentation:
- commercial offer;
- a completed offer card (calculation of the cost of work);
- scanned copies of the constituent documentation.

3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting activities, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.

4. This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

5. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer

6. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the auction.
