PREREQUISITE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND CONCLUSION OF THE SUPPLY CONTRACT - AVAILABILITY OF THE STATUS - THE MANUFACTURER, OR ACTING DEALER AUTHORITY WITH THE MANUFACTURERS, CONFIRMATION THE STATUS OF THE SUPPLIER IS NECESSARY IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE END OF THE REQUEST WITH THE PROVISION OF RELEVANT DOCUMENTS ELECTRONICALLY. THE OFFERED OFFER MUST BE VALID FOR 120 DAYS. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF.
