2.4. Payment for the goods under the contract shall be carried out in the following order:
Advance payment of 30% of the price of the contract within 15 (15) calendar days after the conclusion of the contract, invoices for transmission to the buyer and to ensure fulfilment of the obligations under the Treaty.
Payment for the remainder of the 70% of the price of the contract within 45 (forty five) days after providing the documents to the buyer under the agreement and signing merchandise invoice form Torg-12.
