4)Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
5)Before shipment, it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see the example of filling in the bid documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
6) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Cargo labeling").
